LTI Prulu Error

Hello Canvas Community,


I've just tried using my first LTI - Prulu and I'm running into a strange error. I have the right API Key and secret but keep getting this error. "Sorry there was an error connecting you to the application. Please try again later or contact your support."


Prulu says there's nothing wrong on their end. I've tried it on several accounts and no luck.


Any ideas?
