[ARCHIVED] Blueprinting Locking Pages

We blueprint all our Advisory courses for teachers. Some teachers front page was not syncing correctly due to an exception. I learned that an exception with pages can be fixed by locking the page. However, when I go to lock in one parent blueprint course, I get a notification at the top that says: "Locked: no attributes locked." The page does not stay locked. 

What can I do to fix this locking error?
