I have a user who reports that the "Take the Survey" and "Mark as Done" buttons are not appearing on his device. See attached screenshots from user. (Four others have completed the mini-course with no problems.) The individual reports using Chrome on a PC at school. I have asked the user to delete browsing history and make sure they are running Chrome 76 or 77. Any other troubleshooting suggestions I should give this user?
The only other thing I can recommend is to try a different browser altogether. Maybe have the user try Firefox.
