I have a question concerning certificates. Why don't you issue the Course Certificate with the user's full name (which is required to register at Canvas in the first place) instead of issuing it with his/her email address? I think it would be more motivating for more people to join courses, particularly those who need course passing certificates for promotion or changing jobs.

Nice work @ahmedikhalil .
My only other suggestion would be to reach out to Badgr Support.
Or my pal @GideonWilliams who is using Badgr at his institution, he might be able to help.
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Hi @ahmedikhalil Thank You for your question.
We have created a few courses that issue certificates and participants names are on them, not email. So, I'm guessing that it is the amazingly clever people in your institution that have created the certificate that might not have noticed this. Do you know who to contact at your institution too make the request to have it changed?
Dear Bobby Pedersen
Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, nobody in my institution has anything to do with issuing certificates. I am the genius who followed the instructions given by badgr.io. I think this the right place through which I can get a badge or a certificate.
By the way, the course I joined was Teaching English for Young Learners or TEYL, by Dr. Shin
Highly Appreciated
