I have recently given an exam in the form of four different (new) quizzes, two of which were essay questions ( I did not use Assignments because I wanted the opportunity to use stimuli and also the quiz log). They worked fine, but as I am marking now, I notice that one of them, which was meant to be worth 50 points, had accidentally been left with the default 1 point only. The *quiz* is still worth 50 points (in the edit page, and in the right hand column in speedgrader ), but the only question in it has only 1 point, if you see what I mean. This had an unexpected effect:I still marked questions say, 45 points out of 1, and what shows up in the grade book is 2,250. I am not able to change the score in speed grader's right hand column, and I am afraid that this will look very strange to the students. I wonder if I dare edit the quiz question now, after the fact, or if that would delete the question, or all my feedback or marks, or worse? Grateful for any ideas!
