We are a newly implemented instance. I am in a situation in which I teach one section with a co-teacher and I also have a student teacher. Both need access to my course sections that are synced with our SIS/Synergy. The co-teacher is a teacher who is in our system but the student teacher is not. I have two questions:
Can I manually add the student teacher and give him co-teaching access without interfering with the synced SIS data? (Grade syncs, etc.)
Can I make the current teacher in my institution a co-teacher without interfering with the synced SIS data? (Grade syncs, etc.)
As long as you add them both as teachers and not students I don't think you will have any problems! I have added a co-teacher in the past and it has not interfered with my grade book syncs!
