[ARCHIVED] Grades are not showing correctly for Parent

I am a parent/observer, and have access to my child's Canvas.  However, what I see for his assignments and grades does not match what he sees, as in there are assignments he has turned in and that have been graded, but I still see them as missing with no score when I log into Canvas.  Is there a way to have my view refreshed/updated so it keeps up with his actual course work?

Are you using one of the Canvas mobile apps or are you looking at grades with a browser, like Chrome?

I've tried both ways, and did not see the same grades as my son did. I

made sure it wasn't just the app or the website.

Have you tried the Canvas Parent app? I helped a parent last week with a similar situation, and we learned that the Canvas Parent app provided a better, more reliable experience with grades.
