Registering for courses is typically something done through your school's Registration department.  Your school may have a system in place where once you register for classes, you will then get added to those courses in Canvas soon after.  I would recommend that you reach out to someone at your school who can help get you started with the registration process.  Good luck.  Take care...be well...stay safe.
