A colleague of mine uses that tool. And LOVES it!
She uses an iFrame generator to embed it in her pages, discussions, assignments, announcements.
Here's a link to the iFrame generator https://www.iframe-generator.com/
Pop your comic URL into the generator then it will generate a code for you.
Then you will need to use the embed media tool in the Rich Content Editor to embed the comic.
