[ARCHIVED] New Quizzes Reports

I am using New Quizzes and am confused by the information that is displayed in the Quiz and Item Analysis. Suppose I have 20 students that have completed a multiple-choice quiz. The report that I am seeing is showing the number of respondents from 1 to 12 (never 20) and sometimes does not show one of the questions that was on the Quiz. 

I'm trying to figure out which questions need review in class and which I can skip over but this data does not give me any confidence in the statistics that is is providing.

Are others seeing this too? What do you do?
