[ARCHIVED] Notification of pending profile pictures to be approved?

Hello Canvas Admins!  I'd love for there to be a notification sent whenever a profile photo is updated and pending approval.  Otherwise it may sit there for while, unknown.  Does this option already exist and I've just missed it?

I've never encountered an option like this for pending profile pictures.  It might be worthy of a Feature Idea, though?  What do you think?
