Is anyone else having issues with faculty replying to notifications via mobile Outlook, and it doesn't go through? I have a faculty member that has replied to several Canvas conversation notifications via Microsoft Exchange on a mobile phone. The responses are not going through to the students. There doesn't seem to be a record of it in Canvas, as well.
I have a teacher who receives InBox communications inconsistently to her Outlook. Some are forwarded and some are not.
Not sure if this may be related, but I have two faculty who have reported not being able to reply directly via a Canvas notification, and the only email they have associated with their Canvas account is their college email which is marked as the default email address and appears to be confirmed, but they keep getting the "could not send because this email is not confirmed" message.
@sbeck1 ,
We are giving the Canvas Admins area a little bit of love (especially questions that are really, really old) and just want to check in with you. This will also bring this question new attention.
