I have a student who is seeing this screen whenever they try to access Canvas. What does this mean? Has anyone ever seen this?

@michele_bost , please ask the student to go through the troubleshooting steps listed in What to do when Canvas looks 'big' or 'zoomed in'! and if you have a moment let us know if that helped them resolve the problem.
