[ARCHIVED] Viewing PDF for Annotations Error

For some reason, it is not allowing students to view the PDF to annotate. They click on the annotation tool and it gives them an error. How do I fix this?

Thank you for providing that screenshot with your post. There are a number of things that could be causing this. If this is a text entry submission or a file that cannot be rendered in Speed grader" or if this is a group assignment then it will not be able to be annotated. I will include more details here but because of the complexities of this issue we would recommend contacting us at your earliest convenience so that we can take a look at the assignment in more detail.
