Hello! I keep reading you can randomize the order of questions in a quiz by choosing the "EDIT QUIZ" option. Where do I find that option? Nothing appears before/during/after the "+QUIZ" button... I can only see the Shuffle questions option to randomize the choices, not the questions. Thank you!

Hi @kaloyphi91 ...
It sounds like you want to create a question group within your quiz where a given number of questions will be randomly displayed on the screen for your students to answer. If that is the case, you will want to follow the directions in this Guide: How do I create a quiz with a question group to randomize quiz questions?.
Sing out if you have any other questions about this...thanks! Take care, stay safe, and be well.

Thank you Coach @Chris_Hofer. However, on my canvass screen it goes directly to Quiz Details. There is no option for choosing which Quiz Engine. Can you post a screenshot of where is the EDIT button to randomize? (aside from making a question group -thank you for that by the way!)
Also when I "Moderate a quiz" that has passed submission date to a single student (to let student attempt again in case internet connection was cut-off during the original time) will the student have a complete time again? or I can dictate how long would the additional attempt be? (eg so that she can answer only the last two questions that were missed)
Thank you for your patience!
Hello @kaloyphi91 ...
Not everyone has the "Choose a Quiz Engine" screen yet in their Canvas (just one "s", by the way) environment. Some school's haven't yet enabled New Quizzes...and so they are sticking with the current Classic Quizzes interface. This may be the case for you and your school, too. If your Quizzes interface looks like this, Quizzes Overview (Instructors), then you are using the Classic Quizzes interface. The link to the Guide I gave you earlier tonight includes all the screen shots and directions you would need in order to create a question group within your quiz. Just keep scrolling about half-way down that Guide to the section on "Add New Question Group". You've mentioned a couple times where you're looking for an "Edit" button to randomize. This doesn't exist. The directions in the Guide are your best source for how to create the question group and then put the questions you want into that group so that your students can get a randomized set of questions to answer. Does this help to answer your question?
Hello @Chris_Hofer
Yes your response helps answer my questions on CANVAS. (thanks by the way) One more...is there a way to randomize the order of the "New Question Group" groups' themselves? (and not the only the randomization of the questions within a "New Question Group" Thank you again!
Hello @kaloyphi91 ...
No, I don't think you can randomize the individual question groups that you create in a single quiz.
