I kept trying to post my response to a question on one of my discussion boards numerous times, yet it would not let me post my reply and eventually the assignment locked. I don't understand why it would not let me submit my response.

This sounds very frustrating.

The first thing that came to mind is that I've seen people try to post their reply in the incorrect box.
