how do I access the rich content editor feature

Hello there,  @igogbonna ...

The Rich Content Editor (RCE) can be found several places in your course: Announcements, Pages, Assignments, Discussions, Quizzes, etc.  I would first suggest that you review either of these two video tutorials (depending on which version of the RCE your school has enabled):

Once you have reviewed these tutorials, there are a bunch of written Guides available to you...again depending on which version you want to know more about:
