We are testing RESPONDUS LOCKDOWN BROWSER FOR CANVAS and the instructions state:
For Canvas Cloud customers, simply request that Instructure enable LockDown Browser plugin for your institution. After enabling the plugin, institution administrators will follow up with deploying the LockDown Browser External App.
Can we have this enabled?
Hello @jadowdy ...
I'm not 100% sure on this, but you may need to contact your school's Canvas CSM (Customer Success Manager) to inquire about this. If you are not a local Canvas administrator at your school, you might want to find out who that is at your school and then have a conversation with that person so that he/she can talk with the assigned CSM about the plug-in. I know that there is also this LTI external app: LockDown Browser, that needs to be configured in Canvas.
I hope this will help a bit. Sing out if you have any other questions about this...thanks! Stay safe, and be well.
