What do I if I accidentally erase an announcement?

There is an announcement that gives me access to the course syllabus. I need the syllabus for a specific homework assignment. The announcement will not show up on carmen. I can only assume that I accidentally erased it.

Hi Ajanay,

If you did accidentally delete your announcement, you should be able to use the #undelete‌ feature within Canvas to get it back. Here is some #documentation‌ that walks you through using undelete. ‌(Undeleting things in Canvas)

It sounds like you may be a student?  If so, you shouldn't be able to delete announcements, but you may have closed one out?  You can click on the announcements tab in your course to view all the announcements for your course.
