Is there a phone number for tech support?

From what I understand, that will depend on what your institution has setup. When my school transitioned to Canvas, we had phone tech support while we were piloting the service. As part of our negotiations, we decided to limit direct access to Canvas tech support through our internal IT once we launched it for the whole university. We didn't want issues like "my computer won't turn on" to be sent to Canvas. You might check with your institution's tech support and see what steps are necessary to escalate to Canvas tech.
