Summary
Individual users can merge multiple existing accounts together on the same server in Account Settings.
Change Benefit
This feature provides independence to merge their own individual account.
Feature Workflow
Enter the email address you’d like to merge into the account.
Click the Merge User button.
Enter the verification code [1] and click the Continue button [2].
Click the Merge User button.
All merged issuers display in the destination account.
Additional Details
User content is merged to the destination account. Additionally, users can sign in with either account email and password. If a user holds a staff role on an issuer in both accounts, the destination account defaults to the highest permission level. Group enrollments and pathway subscriptions are not merged.
