As an Admin - ability to BULK increase course quota system wide?

We found out we were using a course as a template / structure (not Canvas Template) that had a quota of 500 mb, when our default quota is 2000 mb.  We copied this course to 200+ courses.  Is there an easy way from our Admin side to correct this?  I wouldn't mind applying the 2000 mb quota system wide to all courses if needed.

There's not really a way to update that in bulk, as far as I know.   Quota space is not something that is set via the SIS import process, but it looks like you can set the quota for each course via API, if you're up to some scripting:
