Profile Photo Submission Notifications

As an admin, we must proactively go to People - Manage Profile Pictures - Submitted to approve those pending.  However, there is no notification sent making us aware that there has been a photo submitted.  This is easily forgotten and at times could be a month or two unchecked. It would be great if we could have a notification for this setting or even a daily or weekly digest.
