I changed the Issuer primary email and since then, when I award a badge, emails are not being sent to awardees. How can I fix this?

Thank you for posting in the Community!
Badge award notification settings have been moved to be under the Organization settings, and will not be sent automatically badges under for free/ personal Issuers. This was to resolve some inherent security risks as well as to mitigate these to the Organization level.

I ran into the same issue, except we've been using the same issuer email for almost 6 years. I contacted my CSM because I couldn't find anything in the Community or guides for troubleshooting the issue. I was asked to submit a support ticket. 😞

Please help. This update has completely broken my business. My students are no longer getting badges, but the article you list about 'organization settings' doesn't seem to be available to me.
