Might you be able to include a screenshot or screen recording to help elucidate the issue?  We find that this can often be very helpful for identifying the problem and potential solution(s).  Please feel free to omit/block/blur any information that you would prefer not to include in any submissions, and please be sure that any student-identifying information is excluded or blocked/blurred.

Sorry, but we don't have enough information/insight to help you with the issue... 

Can you please tell us more:

• Do you receive an error message?
  
  If you are the issuer:
• Have you tried uploading other images/image formats?
• Have you tried this image with a different badge?
  
  If you are the recipient:
• Are you following the instructions to share sent by your institution/issuer?
• Has the badge/credential expired?
• Have you contacted the issuer to determine if it was revoked or a new badge was issued?

I have been issued a badge, but when I upload it into my Backpack (via an image or JSON) it just gives an error code.  How to get round this, please?  Here's the error message:
