In Canvas Commons, there is a setting to 'Add Users to manage approved Content'
When a Canvas user is added to this list, they are able to Share content as 'Institution Approved Content' but not 'Featured Content.
When a Canvas root-Account Admin is added to this list, they are able to Share content as 'Institution Approved Content' and as 'Featured' Content.
How can a Canvas user be granted permissions to Share content in Commons as both 'Institution Approved Content' and as 'Featured' Content?
The Canvas user in question is a sub-account admin if that helps.
