To Our Amazing Educators Everywhere,
Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!
I put my Canvas courses into Commons before closing them out. Now I'm trying to retrieve them so I can edit them for next year. They won't import because I "don't have any courses". What do I do?

@hweigner Welcome to the Canvas Community!
What you're finding in Canvas Commons is your course content. In order to import it into Canvas, you'll need a course shell in Canvas for the content—and since you've concluded your previous courses, there is no active destination available for the import at the moment.
If your school allows instructors to create their own course shells, you can create an empty course into which you can import the content from Commons; if that permission has been disabled, ask your local Canvas admin to set up a course shell on your behalf.
