I'm having an issue trying to import a Quizzes.Next quiz from a workroom into a live course. Whenever I do this and then click on the quiz, it takes me back to my home page and returns the error message "Couldn't find valid settings for this link."
When I download a Quiz.Next to my workroom from the commons, I have no problem. When I import from one workroom to another workroom, I have no problem. It is only when I import into a live course (regardless of whether the quiz was pre-created or one I created myself) that I have this issue.
Anyone know a solution?
I am having the same issue. Are there any work arounds?
I spoke with our main Canvas district person and he said it's a result of our district having multiple instances of Canvas (so we're trying to pull from our district's generic instance to our middle school-specific instance). Not sure why that would affect me going from one live course to another.
In any case, he said Canvas was working on a fix. I told my teachers having this problem that they could try re-creating the quiz in Classic Quizzes as a temporary workaround until we have a fix from Canvas.
I've been a big Canvas fan for years, but this is disheartening, especially considering that Classic Quizzes is looking at being retired.
