If not, might you be able to include a screenshot or screen recording to help elucidate the issue? We find that this can often be very helpful for identifying the problem and potential solution(s). Please feel free to omit/block/blur any information that you would prefer not to include in any submissions, and please be sure that any student-identifying information is excluded or blocked/blurred.
