Assignment un-mute notification in speedgrader

In Speedgrader there is a confirmation notification when you wish to mute assignments.  However, there is no confirmation when it comes to un-muting assignments.  This means that any person marking an assignment can reveal comments and grades to students - whether accidentally or purposely.

Therefore, the same type of notification is required as when an assignment is initially muted.

This is critical! With no warning it is too easy to accidentally unmute and release grades and be unaware you've done so until the first complaints roll in.
