[Badges] Canvas Credentials Analytics Should Include Specific Date Ranges

Problem statement:

Good afternoon, the Canvas Credentials analytics through the Badgr website does not allow for specific date ranges to be input for a data pull. It simply goes by number of days. Additionally, when the CSV is downloaded the date of badge award is not included. As someone who pulls date the 1st of the month the current set up of 7 days, 30 days or 3 months does not work.

Proposed solution:

Allow users to input specific date ranges for a data pull. Include award date on the analytics CSV.
