[Calendar] Multiple Day Events in Account Calendars

Problem statement:

For Account Calendars to be of use, we need the ability to block off time across multiple days. Fall, winter, & spring breaks, etc.

Proposed solution:

Add the ability to block off time across multiple days through multi-day events.

This seems somewhat fundamental... 
Being able to set a term up to show teaching weeks, instead of having to list start of term [x] then end of term [x] would be nice.

Showing the spread of time available for [completion of administrative activity] would also be nice.

Yes - It seems like this would be a standard calendar feature.
