[Credentials/Badges] Group Dates to Match Course Start and End Dates

Problem statement:

In the Canvas Credentials (Badgr) integration, there is a discrepancy between the Course End Date and the Badgr Group End Date. When educators modify the Course End Date to accommodate students who may need additional time to complete assignments or assessments, the Badgr Group End Date does not automatically update to reflect this change. As a result, student work submitted after the original Badgr Group End Date does not trigger the auto-awarding of badges as intended. This creates potential discrepancies in badge awards and may penalize students who complete work within the extended Course End Date period.

Proposed solution:

Automated Synchronization: Implement a synchronization mechanism between the Course Start and End Dates and the Badgr Group Start and End Dates such that when the former is modified, the latter automatically updates to match it. This will ensure that any changes to the course duration are immediately reflected in the badge awarding mechanism, preventing any unintended penalization of students.
