[Discussions] Podcast cover image for Discussions RSS feeds

Problem statement:

I'd love for there to be a way to add a podcast cover image that would appear in whatever podcast player the student is using to listen to Discussion RSS podcast feeds. The visual connection would be very useful for ease of use for students.

Proposed solution:

I don't have the technical experience to propose a solution sadly!
