New Quizzes: Item Banks to show up in navigation menu

This idea has been developed and deployed to Canvas

I create all my quizzes through question banks and its very annoying to have to find the questions banks by going to quizzes first and then click on the Manage Question Banks option. It would make a lot more sense to place Question Banks in the navigation menu and make it visible for instructors but not for students.

Hello,

Currently, there are no direct links to item banks. Instructors must either create or edit a quiz to access items banks, which can be frustrating.

I would like to see a direct link to the item banks on the sidebar, or at a minimum, on the quiz page.

Item Banks can be accessed using the Item Bank link in both the Account and Course Navigation Menus.
