In many ways, 2024 is the year of “assessment”. Assessment is everywhere, from AI upending the traditional paper-pencil test to institutions needing to find new ways to be more efficient with their resources. Over the course of the year, we will be sharing a series of whitepapers focused on the many facets of the assessment lifecycle, from skills to success.
This first whitepaper addresses outcomes assessment specifically, and how it connects to ongoing course, program, and institutional assessment. The whitepaper serves two purposes: one, to unpack how to connect student learning outcomes through to organizational improvement, and two, the role two technologies can play in delivering this experience as an example (Canvas & eLumen Insights).
