If I login with same user id and password using laptop/pc browser then it is fine but if use mobile app then showing this error and it is unable to login. Kindly resolve it.

Hello  @husain_rangwala  and welcome to the Community.  When you are on your desktop/laptop, click on the account menu option.  You will see a new menu pop up; the very last item offers to make a QR code for signing in.  This helps you sign in easier with your mobile app.
