I recently enrolled in my Spring 2025 classes after the semester started, and while they are visible on my schedule in MySMU, they are not appearing on Canvas. Enrollment advised me to contact my professors to add me to the Canvas courses, but my professors said they are unable to do so.
Additionally, I seem to have two Canvas accounts: one linked to an old email address showing outdated classes from 2021 or 2022, and another linked to my current email address, which lists my Fall 2024 classes. However, my Spring 2025 classes are still not showing up on Canvas.
What steps can I take to resolve this issue and gain access to my Spring 2025 classes on Canvas before the next session?

Hey @BrittanyBlackmo!
The first thing I would do would be to ask your professors to confirm that their courses are published and you are officially on the roster. If the courses are unpublished, they will not appear in Canvas until the instructor publishes them.
If the courses are published, you will more than likely need to contact your institution's Canvas admin team to inquire why your courses are not showing up.
