Assignments keep auto-resizing

I'm having an issue where student's assignments keep resizing smaller and I have to keep increasing the size.  What could be causing this?  Using a 4k screen, set to max resolution and 150% zoom.  Using Microsoft Edge on a Windows 11 machine.  Assignments are pdf uploads.

@john_preston Welcome! I would try the following:

1) See if this issue persists on a Private Browsing/Incognito window -- if it doesn't resize, it's probably some kind of extension that's causing a conflict.

2) Try another browser, like Google Chrome and see if the issue persists.

If these don't work then I would contact Canvas support through your institution to see if they have any other ideas as to why this is happening.

When you say they "keep resizing smaller", do you mean that with SpeedGrader open, the zoom decreases in front of you even without you touching the mouse/keyboard?
If so, try what @melodyc_lam said.
If that didn't work, try pressing some keyboard buttons that might be stuck (not at the same time), such as control, "-", "+" (control and "-" together can lower the zoom), or moving the mouse scroll wheel up/down (control and the mouse wheel can change the zoom too).
If that also didn't work, call Ghostbusters.

Or does it decrease only when you move from one student to another?

So I decided to ask the ChatGPT for assistance and there was something about forcing Edge to use system DPI settings.  That seems to have fixed it.
