Hello @ICOROMERO,

I find that notifications from Canvas sometimes end up in my Spam/Junk folder. Have you checked there? If the email is not there, you will need to reach out to Canvas support at your institution, as this is a worldwide forum and we do not have access to your Canvas instance. 

Is this registration for Canvas or for a specific course? If you already have a Canvas account, you may want to check your user settings to ensure the proper email address is set up for your account.
