Good evening, @daviss14 ...
I'm not really sure what you mean by "save content" in the course cards. There are only a handful of things that you can do with the course cards that appear on your Canvas Dashboard...including re-ordering them, changing the color/overlay color of the course cards, and providing a private "nickname" for each of your courses that only you see.
