Hello,
Upon logging into Canvas on my laptop since 8/4, I have not been able to see any of the module content, and I don't know why. Has anyone experienced this before, and what is the solution?

Hi again, @CHARLENESJONES ...
Thank you for providing the additional information. I do not work for Instructure, and I'm a fellow Canvas user just like yourself. Based on the information you have provided, it would be best to reach out to your instructor directly. Your instructor might have configured things in such a way that you cannot access your modules until a certain time or until you do something specific in your course. Most Community members wouldn't have the specifics on what those requirements might be, so contacting your instructor via Canvas (or if you have his/her e-mail address handy) would be the best option. Within Canvas, on the far left-hand side of your screen, click on the "Help" menu, and then click on the link in the slide-out menu for "Ask Your Instructor a Question". This will send a message inside of Canvas to your instructor. But, you might also want to e-mail your instructor, too.
If you are not able to contact your instructor for some reason, I would assume that Excelsior University would have some sort of Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department that you could contact. I hope I found the correct website for your school, but I found this page which has some tech support information:
Technical Support Help - Excelsior University
I hope this will be of help to you. Good luck!
Hi @CHARLENESJONES ...
I think we would need a bit more information from you to try and help. We don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or any of your courses. Are you an instructor? Are you a student? If you are an instructor, have you typically been able to see your modules in your courses by clicking on the "Modules" screen? If you are a student, it might be the case that your instructor is limiting your access to specific modules until you complete other things first?
If you could help fill in some of these details, that would be helpful. Thanks!
