Trying to sync my gradebook from Canvas to Blackbaud Portal as I normally do but I am getting the following error code:ExistingAssignmentMissing. I tried to delete the assignments from Portal and remaster my gradebook to no avail. I can share logs/screenshots/additional information as needed.
This sounds like something that you will need to reach out to your school's Canvas team about because any aspects related to synching grades between different systems is quite involved and typically customized to the school's needs and environment(s).
