How to make a screencast -o-matic

I think that I want to use Screencast-o-matic app for this. It says it is installed on my Canvas but how do I access it?

How to I then post it?

I want to make a video of how to work thru my lesson on canvas. I want the video to show the JUST  Canvas page and mouse clicking on various parts of page, like an embedded power point , accessing assignments, etc. I am not sure all my students know how to say run a power point show. So suggestions please. I myself am not that tech savy. I would also really like, if my face was not in the cording.
