How to rollover new Year 12 in term 4

What's the best practice for rolling over current Yr11s in term 3 to become Yr12 in term 4, please?

Could you please provide some more context around your question?  I'm not familiar with what you mean by Yr11s and Yr12.  Are those your grade levels?  Are you wanting to copy (import) course content from one course to another?  Any additional information from you would be helpful...thanks!  Looking forward to hearing from you soon!
