How to turn off "Summarize Discussion" feature?

How do I disable the "summarize discussion" feature and all other AI features for both myself and students?

Hi @Luara,

The "Summarize Discussion" feature is only available to teachers.

As long as it has not been "locked" by your Canvas admin, you have the ability to disable it for teachers by:

1. going into the course
2. clicking on "Settings"
3. clicking on "Feature Options" 
4. finding "Discussion Summary"
5. turning it off
