I am attempting to use the following LaTeX code in New Quizzes using the MathQuill feature. Here is the code. By the way, this code works perfectly in Classic Quizzes using the Insert Math Equation option. I am unable to copy and paste this code into the text box for MathQuill. Am I missing something? Your help is appreciated.

CODE:

\text{Consider the matrix}\\

\quad\\

\begin{align*}

A =  \left[

\begin{array}{cccc}

2&4&5&1\\

3&-1 &-2 &-7\\

2&6&4&\sqrt{2}

\end{array}

 \right]

\end{align*}\\

\quad\\

\text{What is }a_{23}\text{?}

@gwells3  Thank you for this reply. MathQuill is a third-party tool your school added to your account but can still be used in New quizzes in the question stem. To look into that third-party tool you'll need to speak to your school account admin. We are not able to provide that info here, but depending on your school you Can start by contacting the Canvas support https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Basics-Guide/How-do-I-contact-Canvas-Support/ta-p/389767 and we can help forward you to the right people likely by email.
