I have had this happen 3 or 4 times now. Once I create a new canvas account, I cannot log back into it after I have logged out. I have to create an entirely new account in order to continue with my classes. I have been using the right password and email. If I select the "forgot password" option, I never receive the reset email. I have checked spam and trash folders.

Thank you for contacting Canvas Support. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with logging in and resetting your password. It sounds very abnormal that you need to reset your password every time you come to Canvas and also that you aren't getting the emails. It sounds like there may be an issue with your browser or device. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or another device yet?
