I'm asking on behalf of an instructor who teaches for a college besides ours. She likes to divide up her course roster into sections using the 'Add Section' feature. But she doesn't have the kebab icon listed in the People tab to edit the added section for each student so she can organize the students the way she wants. She can do this at on institution but not ours. I'm assuming it's either a permissions level thing or a custom theme override file. Does anyone know what permission in the matrix might be responsible for this? I'm attaching an image of what our permissions for the Teacher role as currently constituted.
