Qualified with Australis College am I entitled to "any" Associations like AHPR

I have just qualified as a Counsellor completing my Diploma of Counselling, can you advise if Australis college actually receives discounts in joining memberships for the following and what am I entitled to with Australis college?

ACA membership

PACF membership

AHPRA membership

The above orgs are quite expensive, can anyone advise?
